What this notice covers

This notice explains what Northmere Advisors collects through its website and request form, how we use it, who sees it and what choices you have.

What we collect

When you complete the request form, we collect the following.

• Business details: business name, address, tax ID, industry, revenue and time in operation.
• Owner details: each owner's Social Security number, date of birth, name, residence, percentage owned and an estimate of credit standing.
• Bank statements that you choose to upload.
• Your electronic signature.
• Visit logs: standard records of visits to our site, such as the time of a visit, the pages requested and technical details sent by your browser.

This website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

How we use it

We use this information to understand your company, prepare our written recommendation, contact you about your request and keep the records we need to run our business. We also use it to protect the site and fix faults.

Who receives it

We do not sell your information. Staff and service providers who help us operate see it only as far as their work requires.

Third-party funding sources receive your file only when you ask us to send it. We tell you who would receive it before anything is sent.

How long we keep it

We keep a request file for as long as we need it to serve you and meet legal and accounting duties. After that we delete it or remove what identifies you. Visit logs are kept for a shorter period.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, subject to records we are required to keep. You can withdraw a request at any time. You can ask us to stop calls, emails or texts, and replying STOP ends texts.

Keeping information safe

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect what you send. No method of sending or storing data is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new date.
